  • Response time was quick. Service provided was helpful, of high quality, and respectful. Value was great. We received assistance over the phone to try to solve our problem before the service call. In the end we required on site service which was timely, professional and safe.

  • So glad we called Lee @ Auscan. He came and gave us a quote for free and was very efficient and honest. He worked around my daycare schedule making sure he wasn’t loud for the “ nappers”.   • Lee installed all the plumbing when we built our house in 2010. A few years ago he installed a gas line for our BBQ and another hose bib for us. So when we had a new project this year, Lee was the only person we called. Lee does excellent work, is very knowledgeable and always great to deal with. We highly recommend Auscan Plumbing & Gas!

  • This is the second review I've given in regards Auscan Plumbing and Gas Ltd. in the last three years I have had the need to use their services four times . The most current was today for my 89 year old step father who had an issue with his gas furnace and was without heat. I called Lee yesterday and he did the service call today at Noon, he fixed the problem in one trip and even cleaned the operational parts of the furnace then went in every room to ensure that the system was fully functioning correctly before he left. He then called me to advise what had been done. I use Lee and his company because he is reliable, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced plus in my experience he has always gone that little bit above and beyond for me. I suspect he does the same for ALL his customers. I highly recommend Lee and his company Auscan Plumbing and Gas Ltd.
