  • We used Auscan recently to have our old hot water tank replaced with a new gas tankless hot water on demand system and to run a gas line for our new kitchen range. Lee was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and quick to deliver on his quote, setup an appointment to do an inspection prior to installation and then perform the work. I truly value that he delivered on everything he said he would do from installation date to how long it would take to complete the work and when we got our range delivered he was able to come over quickly to connect it so we could make dinner that night. Lee also helped us apply for our Hydro rebate for the installation of the energy efficient new system. Auscan has been a delight to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends - they are the only company I would use!

  • Lee was incredibly professional - he delivered the new hot water tank, took care of a couple of previous commitments and arrived back to install the tank at the time he said he would! I HIGHLY recommend Auscan!!

  • Lee has helped us out on 2 separate occasions now over the years installing a gas range and dishwasher and just recently a Hot Water Tank. We have been very impressed both times with his workmanship and friendly demeaner. I would highly recommend him.
