  • Lee installed all the plumbing when we built our house in 2010. A few years ago he installed a gas line for our BBQ and another hose bib for us. So when we had a new project this year, Lee was the only person we called. Lee does excellent work, is very knowledgeable and always great to deal with. We highly recommend Auscan Plumbing & Gas!

  • My gas hot water heater packed it in on a Saturday. I called and left a message with AusCan Plumbing and my call was returned on a Sunday afternoon and I had a new tank installed on Monday. Super quick and professional service. I have required AusCan's services twice and would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely call them should I ever need such services again.

  • This is the second review I've given in regards Auscan Plumbing and Gas Ltd. in the last three years I have had the need to use their services four times . The most current was today for my 89 year old step father who had an issue with his gas furnace and was without heat. I called Lee yesterday and he did the service call today at Noon, he fixed the problem in one trip and even cleaned the operational parts of the furnace then went in every room to ensure that the system was fully functioning correctly before he left. He then called me to advise what had been done. I use Lee and his company because he is reliable, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced plus in my experience he has always gone that little bit above and beyond for me. I suspect he does the same for ALL his customers. I highly recommend Lee and his company Auscan Plumbing and Gas Ltd.

  • Response time was quick. Service provided was helpful, of high quality, and respectful. Value was great. We received assistance over the phone to try to solve our problem before the service call. In the end we required on site service which was timely, professional and safe.

  • Lee from Auscan Plumbing came out today to fix a problem with my Gas fire. I had called two companies last week and one didn't call me back and the one that did told me he would call me after he had done his scheduling but never did. I called Auscan and provided the details and he told me it would be this week when he could do the job and that he would contact me. Lee the owner contacted me over the weekend and told me possibly Monday 01 October he could do the job he also gave me a price based on the information I provided. Lee called me this morning and said he would come this afternoon which he did and completed the job efficiently and effectively, and the final bill was less than he quoted me needless to say I am extremely happy he will certainly get my business in the future. I highly recommend Lee and Auscan great service great price and fast turn around even though he had other projects on the go Kudos
