  • Lee installed all the plumbing when we built our house in 2010. A few years ago he installed a gas line for our BBQ and another hose bib for us. So when we had a new project this year, Lee was the only person we called. Lee does excellent work, is very knowledgeable and always great to deal with. We highly recommend Auscan Plumbing & Gas!

  • Our 11 year old hot water heater stopped working. Lee came as soon as possible the next day and installed a new commercial grade hot water heater and did an excellent job of installing the new hot water heater and removing and disposing of the old hot water heater. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

  • Lee was incredibly professional - he delivered the new hot water tank, took care of a couple of previous commitments and arrived back to install the tank at the time he said he would! I HIGHLY recommend Auscan!!

  • Lee from Auscan Plumbing came out today to fix a problem with my Gas fire. I had called two companies last week and one didn't call me back and the one that did told me he would call me after he had done his scheduling but never did. I called Auscan and provided the details and he told me it would be this week when he could do the job and that he would contact me. Lee the owner contacted me over the weekend and told me possibly Monday 01 October he could do the job he also gave me a price based on the information I provided. Lee called me this morning and said he would come this afternoon which he did and completed the job efficiently and effectively, and the final bill was less than he quoted me needless to say I am extremely happy he will certainly get my business in the future. I highly recommend Lee and Auscan great service great price and fast turn around even though he had other projects on the go Kudos

  • Just had Auscan Plumbing install a new hot water tank in my condo. It went very smooth, the installer was courteous , knowledgeable and on time. The price was the same as I was quoted over the phone. I would recommend them to anyone
