  • This is the second review I've given in regards Auscan Plumbing and Gas Ltd. in the last three years I have had the need to use their services four times . The most current was today for my 89 year old step father who had an issue with his gas furnace and was without heat. I called Lee yesterday and he did the service call today at Noon, he fixed the problem in one trip and even cleaned the operational parts of the furnace then went in every room to ensure that the system was fully functioning correctly before he left. He then called me to advise what had been done. I use Lee and his company because he is reliable, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced plus in my experience he has always gone that little bit above and beyond for me. I suspect he does the same for ALL his customers. I highly recommend Lee and his company Auscan Plumbing and Gas Ltd.

  • I had Auscan come in and replace my 15 year old hot water heater and was very pleased at their fast and efficient installation they took care in my home to cover the floors and removed all the debris afterwards. Lee took time to explain how to use the controls and how long the warranty is. I will recommend them again and again to all my customers and friends, Good customer service and quality workmanship are something i look for in a service company.   • My gas hot water heater packed it in on a Saturday. I called and left a message with AusCan Plumbing and my call was returned on a Sunday afternoon and I had a new tank installed on Monday. Super quick and professional service. I have required AusCan's services twice and would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely call them should I ever need such services again.

  • Lee has helped us out on 2 separate occasions now over the years installing a gas range and dishwasher and just recently a Hot Water Tank. We have been very impressed both times with his workmanship and friendly demeaner. I would highly recommend him.

  • It's nice when you are in need of a fix - you find good people. Auscan responded to our call for a Hot Water Tank replacement, quickly and offered a competitive rate. We decided to upgrade to a bigger capacity tank and Auscan was helpful with options. Installation was prompt and with a quality unit. Again, always nice to find good people to work with.   • Response time was quick. Service provided was helpful, of high quality, and respectful. Value was great. We received assistance over the phone to try to solve our problem before the service call. In the end we required on site service which was timely, professional and safe.
