  • We have a rental property that required a new hot water tank. Auscan came to the rescue w/ timely advice and recommendations on using a smaller, more efficient tank, as we really didn't need the larger size for the number of tenants occupying the space. Not only was the tank cheaper as a result, but our heating costs per month will be reduced by not having to heat a larger tank! Their assistance was prompt and appreciated. At the same time we were dealing w/ the water tank, we had issues w/ our dishwasher at our address. They offered a number of options to alleviate the problem. I highly recommend calling Auscan for all your plumbing needs!

  • Our 11 year old hot water heater stopped working. Lee came as soon as possible the next day and installed a new commercial grade hot water heater and did an excellent job of installing the new hot water heater and removing and disposing of the old hot water heater. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

  • Lee from Auscan Plumbing came out today to fix a problem with my Gas fire. I had called two companies last week and one didn't call me back and the one that did told me he would call me after he had done his scheduling but never did. I called Auscan and provided the details and he told me it would be this week when he could do the job and that he would contact me. Lee the owner contacted me over the weekend and told me possibly Monday 01 October he could do the job he also gave me a price based on the information I provided. Lee called me this morning and said he would come this afternoon which he did and completed the job efficiently and effectively, and the final bill was less than he quoted me needless to say I am extremely happy he will certainly get my business in the future. I highly recommend Lee and Auscan great service great price and fast turn around even though he had other projects on the go Kudos

  • I had Auscan come in and replace my 15 year old hot water heater and was very pleased at their fast and efficient installation they took care in my home to cover the floors and removed all the debris afterwards. Lee took time to explain how to use the controls and how long the warranty is. I will recommend them again and again to all my customers and friends, Good customer service and quality workmanship are something i look for in a service company.   • We used Auscan recently to have our old hot water tank replaced with a new gas tankless hot water on demand system and to run a gas line for our new kitchen range. Lee was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and quick to deliver on his quote, setup an appointment to do an inspection prior to installation and then perform the work. I truly value that he delivered on everything he said he would do from installation date to how long it would take to complete the work and when we got our range delivered he was able to come over quickly to connect it so we could make dinner that night. Lee also helped us apply for our Hydro rebate for the installation of the energy efficient new system. Auscan has been a delight to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends - they are the only company I would use!
